Key responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

Operations Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Be responsible for logistics operations for the site\u2019s customer;<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards;<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate resource planning in terms of efficiency and feasibility;<\/li>\n
  • Optimise operational performance; propose improvements to management and implement them;<\/li>\n
  • Ensure comprehensive claims management (reporting, estimates, repairs, etc.);<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers\/customers to ensure efficient operations management;<\/li>\n
  • Supervise problem resolution in the event of a major operational problem in accordance with management guidelines;<\/li>\n
  • Follow up on any customer complaints and find the most appropriate solutions with the quality department;<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that WSC and customer KPIs are met and take the necessary action in the event of any anomalies;<\/li>\n
  • Lead meetings, assign tasks and follow up on them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Supervise teams (white & blue collars):<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Allocate and coordinate team work;<\/li>\n
    • Act as a people manager by creating a motivating team dynamic;<\/li>\n
    • Maintain an efficient working environment;<\/li>\n
    • Help employees grow and develop skills within their department;<\/li>\n
    • Ensure the integration of new employees into the team and their role by providing training;<\/li>\n
    • Receive and check information related to staff performance in preparation for monthly payroll;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Projects:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Act as the person responsible for monitoring the execution of ongoing projects on site.<\/li>\n
      • Support implementation schedules for each project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

        Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>
        <\/div>
          \n
        • Degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent experience in the field;<\/li>\n
        • Minimum 7 years’ experience in transport and\/or warehousing operations;<\/li>\n
        • Proven experience in managing medium to complex site;<\/li>\n
        • Client-oriented<\/li>\n
        • Analytical profile with data- and fact-based reasoning;<\/li>\n
        • Strong mindset for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
        • Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and actively contribute to the ongoing optimization of processes and workflows.<\/li>\n
        • Excellent communication skills, results- and solution-oriented;<\/li>\n
        • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;<\/li>\n
        • Curiosity, open-mindedness and willingness to learn outside your comfort zone;<\/li>\n
        • Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).<\/li>\n
        • Comfortable working with digital tools and open to adopting new technologies that support warehouse operations and performance tracking.<\/li>\n
        • Fluency in Dutch, and\/or English and\/or French is required to support our expansion;<\/li>\n
