Key responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

  • Project management:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Oversee the execution of end-to-end logistics projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and customer requirements are met;<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Collaboration:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Work closely with internal and external teams (operations, warehouses, carriers) to ensure smooth project execution;<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Performance monitoring:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Monitor and evaluate project performance using relevant tools and indicators, implementing corrective actions where necessary;<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Risk management:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Identify potential risks associated with logistics projects and implement preventive measures;<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Communication:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders, sharing progress, issues and proposed solutions;<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Process optimisation:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and proposing solutions to increase operational efficiency;<\/p>\n

              • Regulatory compliance:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Ensure that logistics projects comply with applicable regulations (safety, quality, environment, etc.);<\/p>\n

                • Reporting and documentation:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Produce progress reports, post-project reviews and related documentation to ensure full traceability of actions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

                  Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>
                  <\/div>
                    \n
                  • Degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent experience in the field;<\/li>\n
                  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in transport and\/or warehousing operations;<\/li>\n
                  • Proven experience in managing medium to complex projects, with a good command of project methodologies. Ability to explain projects delivered as a lead;<\/li>\n
                  • Analytical profile with data- and fact-based reasoning;<\/li>\n
                  • Excellent communication skills, results- and solution-oriented;<\/li>\n
                  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;<\/li>\n
                  • Curiosity, open-mindedness and willingness to learn outside your comfort zone;<\/li>\n
                  • Knowledge of a WMS is a plus;<\/li>\n
                  • Fluency in Dutch, and\/or English and\/or French is required to support our expansion;<\/li>\n
