Example: <code>gs -u<\/code> to see all <code>--untracked-files<\/code>.<br \/> Configure the color output by modifying <code>$global:gitStatusNumbers<\/code>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"with-numstat\">With Numstat<\/h2>\n<p>If <code>$global:gitStatusNumbers.includeNumstat<\/code> is true (=by default), Git-NumberedStatus will also execute a <code>git diff --numstat<\/code> and add lines added\/deleted to the output.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/itenium-be.github.io\/blog-posts-new\/assets\/blog-images\/git-add-numbered-status-numstat.png\" alt=\"Git-NumberedStatus with --numstat\" class=\"img-responsive\" \/><\/p>\n<h1 id=\"git-numberedadd-alias-ga\">Git-NumberedAdd <small>(alias: ga)<\/small><\/h1>\n<p>All set to stage some files!<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-ps\">PS&gt; Git-NumberedAdd 0 1 2\nadd 'file0'\nadd 'file1'\nadd 'file2'\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>The same can be achieved with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><code>Git-NumberedAdd 0-2<\/code><\/li>\n<li><code>Git-NumberedAdd -3<\/code><\/li>\n<li><code>Git-NumberedAdd 012<\/code> (as long as index 12 does not exist!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><code>Git-NumberedAdd +3<\/code> would add file4 and file5 in the above scenario.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"and-commit\">And Commit<\/h2>\n<p>Provide a final string argument to continue and commit the staged files:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-ps\">gs\nga 0 1 2 \"commit: files 0, 1 and 2\"\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<h1 id=\"git-numbereddiff-alias-gd\">Git-NumberedDiff <small>(alias: gd)<\/small><\/h1>\n<p>Works like <code>Git-NumberedAdd<\/code> but can also be called without arguments to see the diff of all files. It will call <code>git add -N<\/code> for all newly created files so that they also show up in the diff.<\/p>\n<p><code>git diff --cached<\/code> is currently not implemented in this script.<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"git-numberedreset-alias-grs\">Git-NumberedReset <small>(alias: grs)<\/small><\/h1>\n<p>This only works for files already staged.
