Indicator<\/strong><\/p>\n

Circular Business activities generate revenue and contribute to the circular economy through one, or more R-strategies<\/a>. Core circular business activities contribute \u2265 70% to the total business revenue<\/strong>.
\nThe port area is defined as the geographical territory managed by the Port Management Body.
\nThis indicator is relative, expressed as a share comparing the number of jobs linked to core circular business activities to the total number of jobs in the port area.<\/p>\n

Identifying jobs directly created by circular activities is not always straightforward. A relative indicator is preferred, as the shift to a circular economy may also affect the total number of jobs.<\/p>\n
